Happy Tuesday everyone! I am trying to get better at blogging consistently each week so I have been thinking about things y'all might want to read about! A question that I have heard come up lately is "how to pick the best photographer for you" so I wanted to share a few thoughts that might help! Often times, people will just pick a local photographer in town, book them, do the session and then expect the photographer to edit their photos in a different style than their own and then might wind up disappointed when they get their final gallery. So first, I highly recommend spending that extra time finding the photographer that best fits your style.
Next, I always encourage people to hire a photographer who is excited about your day and has a personality you can connect with. There is nothing worse than feeling like you have a photographer you don't mesh well with and them having a camera up in your face all day. Trust me, you won't enjoy the experience which can make you not enjoy the photos. I try to get on a personal level with allmy clients before our session so we already feel like friends when the session day arrives. Feeling like you have a photographer who has your best intentions at heart can absolutely make your session go from good to GREAT.
When you book a session with me, I will walk you through everything from best locations, what to wear and any questions you may have.
I have listed out a few more points below about guidelines to picking the best photographer for YOU.
You pay good money to have these photos captured, make it worth it by having a photographer you absolutely LOVE.
