Mommy + Me Tea Party Styled Shoot

Well my first ever styled shoot is in the books and it was SO FUN! I had three sets of mom and daughters come talk and have tea together and they all had a blast! As they were having tea, each girl said she had never been to a real tea party before. It was so special to see them having special "firsts" with their precious moms.

Brief sappy moment... The reason I decided to do a Mommy + Me styled shoot is because I I remember having tea at a fancy hotel with my mom when I was a little girl and I will never forget getting dressed up with my hair curled and fancy dress and just having that alone time with her. A few years passed and I suddenly lost my mom when I was 19, and I would give anything to have more moments and pictures with her. Those memories I do have with her are so cherished. I have always loved the special relationship that a mom and daughter share. Sure they might bicker and the mom might seem "naggy" but it's just because she was in your shoes once and she wants the ABSOLUTE best for her little girl. To be able to provide these moms and daughters some photos they will have forever makes my heart so happy.

The weather was perfect and I just love how the photos came out. Already getting a few ideas for my next styled shoot! If you have any fun ideas, let me know!!
